The Parkinson’s Disease Service provides medication reviews and monitoring of specialist drug therapy, screening, specialist telephone advice, specialist education and support for patients and carers. Parkinson’s disease is a chronic, progressive neurological condition, affecting different aspects of life at different times of the disease process.
