Priory Gardens Surgery

Priory Gardens Surgery is a GP Surgery which is based at Grove View Health and Care Hub.

They are registering new patients.
To register, go on to their website to complete an online registration form or pop in and collect a form from the Reception Desk on the 1st floor.

Once you have completed the form, your registration will be processed within two working days, and you will then be able to contact the Practice to support you with your medical needs such as medication or appointment.

Temporary registration
If you urgently need to see a Health Care Professional and are visiting a patient who is registered with Priory Gardens Surgery for more than 24 hours but less than three months, you can apply to register with the surgery as a temporary resident.

Home Visits
If you are housebound patient, the Practice can support you in your home for patients residing within the Practice boundary.

Priory Gardens Surgery has several health care professionals to support your medical needs. The team includes Doctors, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Minor Illness Nurses, Practice Nurses, Nurse Associate, Health Care Assistants, Pharmacists, Paramedic & Care Co-ordinators.
